Erin and Ross–June 9th
Erin and Ross were great to work with—my perfect little hippie couple! Their wedding was like something out of a Mark Twain novel. They held the ceremony at Apple Valley Farmstead in Lyons along the river and then headed over to the Rembrandt yard for their reception. It was a perfect mix of Nature and Urban. Erin and Ross parked their car at the St. Julian in Boulder and then walked over to the Rembrandt yard together. I got to document this little jaunt and got a bunch of really fun, photo-journalistic shots on pearl street… check out the “David Lynch shot” of the day…
Erin and Ross incorporated a lot of really spiritual metaphors into their ceremony. Incense, a peach, candles, dirt, a gong, water, flowers etc, etc. It was a really nice moment of the ceremony. This was the “alter table’ that held all their little symbols.
This was the officiant’s daughter—I thought she was stunning and couldn’t stop taking photos of her.
The sweetest little flower girls!
I’m not sure what Ross is laughing about here, but it makes me smile, none the less…
I thought this was a gorgeous portrait of Erin
